And I can also interface it with Zoom, which I have a business Zoom account, and that makes that interface very easy. And all in all, just streamlines everything. It processes payments for me automatically and I I would have one multiple fewer revenue streams without Koalendar. So I'm very thankful for it. It makes my life easier. I loved the easy use of the device, it was pretty quick to set up and I have used Google in the past and just didn't have the consistency as far as setting reminders and the questionnaire and a lot of the pieces that this Koalendar did for me. So it was really nice that it has reminders for myself as well as for our swim parents to make sure everybody's on the same page.

I wish it didn't go up by minutes. You know, how you guys have it. Like 30, 60, 90, 160, stuff like that. Like, I wish you would just do, like, you know, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour, 45 minutes, an hour, two hours, things like that, you know? All right, you know, maybe offer or just. Just go up by those increments, because for me, it kind of gets confusing on my end because I try to adjust my hours so that my clients are able to schedule whatever times or increments that they want, you know, because sometimes they want more than 120 minutes, you know, so, yeah, that'd be a little bit nice if, you know, you could just offer different time increments, you know? You know what I mean? I hope that makes sense. I hope that makes sense. But other than that, yeah, I absolutely love this service. My clients love it, too. Sometimes they have me go back in and I adjust what hours they actually want just because it gets kind of difficult just only being able to offer them four to six or eight hours or, you know, because that's the easiest thing to do. Like, I. I would love to be able to offer them all hours of, you know, time. Anyway. So, anyways, yeah, that. That's it. I absolutely love the service. Other than that, you know, I will continue to use it, and thank you so much.

Video transcript: Hi, my name is Anna and I work as a college admissions counselor for international students. And before using Koalendar, my life around scheduling was pure chaos. I must say that I've always known my system is unusually complex. This is because I juggle multiple jobs, different roles, and I manage students in different time zones. And I use two main calendars that have to talk to each other, which is Google for one job and Outlook for the other job. There's no back and forth, no double bookings, no mental gymnastics. My students use it, my team use it, and it fit, it fits perfectly into how I already work. What makes it even more special for me is that the developers have been listening to me from time to time, and sometimes they even consult with me because I know the way I use the system is pretty weird. So sometimes they've reached out and they've asked me a few questions. So I shared some ideas that they actually implemented, which was surprising. I've seen the platform evolve and improve each year. It improves constantly, I'd say. And even if the price has gone a little bit up, I. I would pay it again, all over again. And I would do it, you know, like, eyes shut. I'd take calendar. It did not just fix my schedule. I. I would say that it's not only a way to organize my calendar, it gave me back my mental space and it gave me peace of mind. I genuinely cannot imagine my life without it now. I could be wrong, but I'm more than sure because I think I've even talked to one of the original owners or developers. What I love about Koalendar is that it has solved my booking issue. Initially when I started with Koalendar it was because I was a small entrepreneur and I wanted to give myself the best forward facing professional way for people to book time with me. And I really, really loved the Koalendar platform because it was easy to use, easy to customized, it was user friendly for my my clients and it had so many bells and whistles as far as being able to redirect, create an intake, so on and so forth. So I have been completely pleased. One of the things that stands out to me about this product, this app, is the engagement with the team. They actually listen. They listen to you, they listen to what you have to say about the app and they implement the suggestions that you make. Like they really, really take it all into consideration. And so I love that about Koalendar . I love what Koalendar helps me do as a professional and I chose it over other things that were out there because one, I don't like to follow trends. I'm not. I'm a trendsetter, right? So I tell everyone I can about Koalendar versus some of the other platforms that can be used because I think that it meets my needs much, much better than any of the others do.
